Participation in Currents of Care is entirely voluntary.

Any decision to send care, request care, or engage with the Platform is made at your own discretion and risk. You acknowledge that participation is intended solely as a form of community encouragement and emotional support.

2. No Medical or Professional Advice

Currents of Care does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.

Nothing on this Platform — including videos, written content, testimonials, or community responses — should be interpreted as diagnosis, treatment, or professional guidance.

You agree that you will not rely on any content from this Platform as a substitute for consultation with licensed professionals.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or crisis, contact emergency services immediately.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

You understand and agree that:

• Currents of Care makes no claims regarding specific results.

• No guarantee of healing, improvement, or measurable change is offered or implied.

• Individual stories shared on the Platform reflect personal experiences only and do not constitute evidence of typical or expected outcomes.
  

Participation does not create any promise, obligation, or contractual expectation of results.

4. User Submissions

If you submit a request for care or provide updates:

• You represent that the information submitted is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• You confirm that you have the legal right and authority to share the information.

• If submitting on behalf of another person, you confirm you have their consent.

You grant Currents of Care permission to share submitted information (in full or edited form) across its website and social platforms for the purpose of facilitating community support.

Currents of Care reserves the right to decline, edit, or remove submissions at its sole discretion.

5. No Replacement of Medical Care

You acknowledge that participation in Currents of Care is not a substitute for medical treatment, therapy, counseling, or other professional services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
